Once you have purchased a new business you might wish to consider
our business coaching services specifically addressing your need to
grow that business. This process is enhanced by the fact that we
already have an intimate understanding of your needs and the
business as we have been working with you closely to get you to this
point. With a primary aim of developing the business in order to
satisfy the requirements of the sponsorship program we can assist in
the following areas:
- identifying those areas to which specific coaching
programs can be applied in order to bring about growth
- developing initiatives to improve bottom-line value to the
business
- putting in place a business exit and succession plan in line
with your objectives for when you may wish to sell the business
- establishing business contacts in both the private and
government sectors to further support the ongoing growth and
development of your business
The Business Coaching program is conducted on a personal
basis across your whole business with regular meetings,
workshops and mentoring to you and your staff. The coaching
program would normally be conducted over a period of no less
than 6 months.
