Losing the attachment to the outcomes...
Many of you would probably have heard it said that we attract into our lives what we need to have as a result of what we put out ourselves. This applies is in business as much as it does in our personal lives.

I would like to relate to you a personal story about how this has impacted me and how it relates to all of us.
In business we so often work so hard at living our dreams that we unfortunately can not separate ourselves from the outcome. When times are tough and we are endeavouring to find that next major customer or client and the bills are mounting up we quite often find ourselves in a “frantic” state.

A lesson I have since learnt and accepted is that “we must lose our attachment to the outcome”. What does this mean? If we are living our dream we have an emotional attachment to the end. Leadership Powertips
Did you know that your career success is based on your mastery of one important skill?
Failure to apply your leadership power usually prevents you from realizing success in the workplace.

Success of a Leader
Recently I was fortunate enough to have heard Tony Smith, founder of the Bre@kFree Holidays chain talk at a business forum. Tony talked of how he started out with $70,000 capital behind his business when he launched in 1989 selling holiday packages to the Gold Coast from Sydney for “Schoolies” and football teams. In 2002 his company was publicly listed and last year he with the Funds Manger group MFS for some $400 million creating the Stella Resorts Group. Not a bad return on your investment to say the least.
