Business Migration
Business owners, senior executives or investors who wish to
settle in Queensland and who will become owners or operators of a
business or invest funds in the state are eligible to apply for
State Sponsorship.
Subject to satisfying set criteria, migrants can apply for
sponsorship from the Qld State Government.
There is a processing time for the different visa classes and as
part of the business migration process which will include a Business
Proposal Assessment.
